    NEW BUILD & REFURBISHMENT

    PLANNED MAINTENANCE

     

    According to sources, a third of all homes within the social housing sector fail to meet the government’s target of Descent Homes Standard.

    Edon2000 have been involved in initiatives with social Landlords to indentify and bring their housing stock up to and above the Descent Homes Standard.

    We understand how important Key Performance Indicator’s are to all our clients and we work closely with them in order to provide a quality service, which can match and exceed targets set by both clients and the government.  

    Tenant satisfaction is also of paramount importance and dictates the benchmark of our performance.

    VUNERABLE TENANTS, DISABLED AIDS & ADAPT IONS

    Edon2000 provides a high degree of understanding, sympathetic planning and considerate implementation when installing facilities to meet the demands of disabled, aged and other vulnerable members of society. 

    Adaption works include altering properties as specified by occupational therapist’s reports.  This helps to enable existing properties to meet the individual needs and requirements of tenants, works include:
