New build & Refurbishment Our most recent refurbishment and development project in Surrey was completed to Edon’s usual high standards. It was also finished within budget and schedule. The standard of the development ensured that the properties were occupied within days of their release to market.
Roofing Renewal (Guinness Trust Housing) Most current project was for Guinness Trust Housing (one of the leading Registered Social Landlords in the country). The Scheme covered two large blocks of social rented housing and involved the adjustment of the roofing structure and the complete replacement of the roof coverings to both blocks.

Works of this nature and scale involved significant investment in both site and project management. Regular site meetings with operatives, surveyors and members of the tenants association helped to ensure that all parties were kept up to date with progress on site. Health and Safety of all parties was of paramount importance and a Health and Safety Officer was assigned to this project in order to ensure that compliance standards were kept. Edon2000 has the capacity to undertake substantial projects of this nature alongside our ongoing contractual obligations to clients. Void works / Descent Homes (London & Quadrant Housing)
This scheme of works involved an extensive and complete void refurbishment to a large number of units, including re-wiring to the majority of flats. The Client required good value for money and a quick turn-around time in order to maximise their rental income for each flat. Edon2000 provided these requirements and offered a service, which ensured that each unit was completed on time and within budget. External painting & Repairs / Day to Day Maintenance (Guinness Trust Housing)
One of many Estates that Edon 2000 provides a service for, all maintenance works are managed and coordinated by our experienced management team, this ensures that disturbance to tenants are kept to the minimum and that each Works Order on behalf of our client is completed ‘right first time’.
